Terms of Service

QEBoys.com (part of UniGenius) is run by Uni Admissions Prep Ltd, trading as UniGenius, which sells every course and licence on this site. Your contract is with Uni Admissions Prep Ltd, trading as UniGenius (company 17325935, registered in England and Wales), registered office 28 Denton Close, Barnet EN5 3AP, United Kingdom. These terms apply to this site and to the UniGenius 11+ practice platforms for grammar school entrance tests.

The service

UniGenius provides study guides, practice questions, lessons and mock tests for 11+ grammar school entrance tests. The material is our own work, written against each test's published specification. It is preparation material: using it does not guarantee any particular score, a qualifying mark or a school place, and decisions about your child's application remain yours.

This site sells 5 products: QE Pro (£459); 11+ Mock Day (£29); 11+ Mock Day series (£99); London Boys' Grammar Pack upgrade for QE Pro owners (£230); QE Pro for a second child (£229.50). Each has its own price and terms, set out below. QE Pro: paid digital access

QE Pro is a one-time purchase. The price is £459, the only price it is sold at, and Stripe Checkout charges the same one-time price shown here. Access through 31 December 2029. One payment, no automatic renewal, for one student. That is after the last exam of a student in the youngest year group the course is for, and never before the end of the month a year after purchase. The date shown at checkout is saved with your purchase; we may extend it but never shorten it. There is no subscription or recurring charge. No VAT is charged: the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Access is to online digital content and starts only after payment and recorded consent.

11+ Mock Day: paid digital access

11+ Mock Day is a one-time purchase of £29. It is a pass at one price, not a discount on a course. It opens: One new paper, not in any course or library; Timed section by section, like the test; Marked on hand-in, every answer explained; A parent report and repair plan the same day. Access lasts 365 days: it ends at the end of the day (UK time) 365 days after the day you buy. Bought today, that is 22 October 2027. The date for your purchase is saved with it; we may extend it but never shorten it. There is no subscription or recurring charge, and nothing renews. No VAT is charged: the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Access is to online digital content and starts only after payment and recorded consent. If the pass is refunded, or its payment is disputed, its access closes. A pass does not enter you for any exam.

A mock day is one paper, for one child, on any date that is open for sale. Each paper opens at 9am UK time on its date and is used up when the child starts it; the paper then stays open to that account. A paper is sold only once it has been written and independently checked. Objective questions are marked by computer on hand-in; writing is not marked. Marks are raw marks on our own paper, not a standardised score, and say nothing certain about any test result. A comparison with other children appears only once at least 30 have sat the same paper on its weekend. A course or pack does not include mock days; a running 11+ Family System includes every mock day for the tests on its route.

11+ Mock Day series: paid digital access

11+ Mock Day series is a one-time purchase of £99. It is a pass at one price, not a discount on a course. It opens: Four new papers, one on each date; Timed section by section, like the test; Marked on hand-in, every answer explained; A parent report and repair plan after each. Access lasts 365 days: it ends at the end of the day (UK time) 365 days after the day you buy. Bought today, that is 22 October 2027. The date for your purchase is saved with it; we may extend it but never shorten it. There is no subscription or recurring charge, and nothing renews. The series is one mock day on each of the four dates (Saturday 21 November 2026, Saturday 23 January 2027, Saturday 20 March 2027, Saturday 10 July 2027), for one child. London Boys' Grammar Pack upgrade: paid digital access

London Boys' Grammar Pack upgrade is a one-time purchase, open only to an account that paid for QE Pro through our checkout and does not yet have every course in the London Boys' Grammar Pack. What you actually paid for QE Pro, Sutton SET Pro or Tiffin Boys Pro through our checkout counts toward the London Boys' Grammar Pack's price of £689: the amount charged after any discount, less anything refunded or paid back to you on it. You pay the rest, which is £230 for QE Pro bought alone at £459; the amount is shown before you pay. If what you paid is the pack's price or more, the rest is added free and nothing is charged or paid back. It is credit for money you paid, not a discount. Each paid course can be credited once. The upgrade opens each course in the pack on your account:

• QE Pro: access through 31 December 2029.
• Tiffin Boys Pro: access through 31 December 2029.
• Sutton SET Pro: access through 31 December 2029.

Each date is the one that course gets when bought on its own on the day of purchase; we may extend it but never shorten it. There is no subscription or recurring charge. No VAT is charged: the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Access is to online digital content and starts only after payment and recorded consent. If the upgrade is refunded, or its payment is disputed, the courses it opened close and QE Pro stays open under its own purchase. If any purchase that was credited is refunded or disputed, the courses the upgrade opened close too.

QE Pro for a second child: paid digital access

QE Pro for a second child is a one-time purchase of £229.50, half the £459 price of QE Pro. It is open only to an account that paid for QE Pro through our checkout, and each such purchase gives one licence. Paying opens nothing on the account that pays. It gives a link that adds QE Pro to one other account, for a second child in the same family, who must use their own account and email. Their progress, answers and dates are kept on that account only. The licence may not be used to share one account.

When the link is used, QE Pro opens on that account until 31 December 2029: the date it gets when bought on its own on that day; we may extend it but never shorten it. There is no subscription or recurring charge. No VAT is charged: the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Access is to online digital content and starts only after payment and recorded consent. If the licence is refunded or its payment disputed, or the QE Pro purchase it relies on is refunded or disputed, the second child's access closes.

Cancellation and immediate access

Paying gives you access to the course straight away. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations) ends when that access begins, so the law gives no cooling-off refund once the course has opened.

Under every pay button we show this notice: “By paying you agree to our Terms and get access straight away, which ends your 14-day cancellation right.” By clicking to pay with that notice shown, you agree to these terms, you give your express consent for access to the digital course to start straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access starts. We record that you clicked pay with the notice shown, the notice version and the time, and we confirm it in the email we send when your course opens. If that record cannot be made, we do not grant paid access. Contact support@unigenius.co.uk if you have a question about your rights.

QE Pro: Score 225 or your money back

Before the QE entrance test, your child must finish the course (100% course work, 70% right on their latest 100 marked answers and all 10 timed mocks). If the official combined standardised score is below 225, send the official result within 30 days of its release and we refund the price you paid.

• The result. A combined standardised score of 225 or more in Queen Elizabeth's School's entrance test. This promises a refund, not a place, an offer or any other decision made with the result.
• The course. Your child reaches 100% course work (every lesson and practice set counts), gets at least 70% right across their latest 100 marked answers in practice and mocks, and sits all 10 full timed mocks in the course. All of it must be done before your sitting. There is no minimum study period: how long you take is up to you.
• Course work. Reach 100% course work. Lessons finished and practice questions answered with genuine working count, each question once, on the first attempt and without help. Genuine official or comparable past papers you sit elsewhere also count, logged on your You page with your mark, dated answer pages and a correction for each wrong answer, for the part of the course they cover. Each past paper counts once, and we may ask to see the evidence when you claim.
• Practice mastery. At least 70% right across your latest 100 marked answers in practice and mocks, at the time of your sitting.
• Timed mocks. Sit all 10 full timed mocks in the course under their clocks and submit them. An accepted past paper logged on your You page counts as one mock.
• What does not count. Repeated attempts at the same question, answers given too fast to have been read, guessing at random, help from someone or something else, logging in, browsing, watching and any other unusual activity.
• How we assess it. We assess eligibility from platform records. Your You page shows each condition and what is left, and says “You qualify for the guarantee” once all of it is done.
• Your sitting. After you pay, confirm your exam date on your You page. It locks once set, and the guarantee covers that sitting. Work after it does not count.
• Claiming. Email support@unigenius.co.uk within 30 days of your official result, with your payment reference and your official result letter or score report. We check the course work recorded on your account and refund the price you paid to your original payment method.
• Fixed at purchase. These terms (version guarantee-inputs-2026-10-06-v5) are copied into your purchase when you pay and do not change afterwards.

Referrals

Terms version ref-2026-09-25. They apply where your account shows a referral card.

• A paying customer with a referral card can share their link. A friend who signs in and has never ordered from us before gets the friend price shown on the card for their first course. That price replaces any other offer.
• The link counts for 30 days after the friend first opens it, and one link gives at most 5 new friend prices in any 24 hours.
• The reward is the amount shown on your card, which depends on the course. It is a refund to the card you paid with, sent once the friend's order has passed its refund window.
• There is no reward if the friend's order is refunded or disputed, if the friend pays with a card you have used, if the friend is you, or if your own qualifying paid order has been refunded or disputed by the time the reward is due.
• You can earn at most 10 rewards in any 365 days. The friend keeps their price even when no reward is paid.

Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in method to yourself and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account. You may close your account at any time by emailing us; we will delete the personal data we hold as described in our privacy policy.

Fair use

The content on UniGenius is licensed to you for your own study. Do not republish, resell or scrape it, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

No affiliation

UniGenius is independent. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any school, university, local authority, admissions service, regulator or test provider. Test names are used to describe what our material prepares you for; always check dates, rules and requirements with the official test provider.

Liability

We work hard to keep the material accurate, and we correct errors when they are reported. The service is provided as-is: to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always at this address, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
