The QE guarantee
A QE offer, or your money back.
Your child must reach 100% guarantee progress, sit QE's test and apply properly. If QE does not offer your child a Year 7 place, send the allocation notice within 30 days and we refund the price paid.
What it takes
He reaches 100% guarantee progress before the test
Guarantee progress grows with active study days and completed work: lessons, practice and mocks answered properly. Clicking through, rushing or repeating the same work does not count.
He sits QE's entrance test
The test for Year 7 entry that the course prepared him for.
You apply properly
Register for QE's test by its deadline and name QE on your council application.
You claim within 30 days
If QE does not offer him a Year 7 place, email support@unigenius.co.uk with the allocation notice within 30 days of receiving it.
Following his progress
His You page shows his guarantee progress, with the 100% mark and the next step to take. Our records of his work decide whether the condition was met.
What it is not
It refunds the price you paid. It is not a promise of a place: QE alone decides who is offered one, by ranking boys who reach its minimum standard.
